Jim Hannon is a Lead Consultant at NeuEon, responsible for implementing and overseeing engagements related to the companies’ Agile and PMO-related practice areas. He has deep experience in both Agile and Project Management, earned from past positions in the PMO and is currently also teaching Project Management courses at two major Boston universities.
