The Director of Sales will create and lead the sales organization. He or she will be responsible for meeting the company revenue goals though management of lead generation and sales activities in. The role will include responsibility for:
- Generate leads and close sales to meet or exceed company milestones
- Optimize and streamline the sales process
- Initiate sales activities, partnerships and develop channels
- Hire and mentor sales team
- Contribute to strategy and product definition
- Leading and building sales teams, in a startup environment, selling SaaS to marketing departments in mid-size to large organizations.
- Experience with both inside and field sales, deals ranging from $50K to $300K.
- Track record of consistently exceeding sales targets.
- Well-rounded business acumen. Exceptional written and oral communication skills.
