Join a team of Security and IT professionals who are responsible for identifying, investigating, and eliminating one of the biggest threats in security, people. ObserveIT provides fast, easy-to-interpret, unambiguous visibility into what people are doing before, during and after a security incident or policy violation to over 1,500 customers globally. By capturing video playback of policy violations and comprehensive user-driven metadata, organizations can clearly understand what happened without translating logs or piecing together other user data from multiple systems. 

ObserveIT has customers in 83 countries and serves the Who's Who of the Fortune 500 as well as a growing number of mid-market firms. Primary Responsibilities:

  • Support company customers
  • Support level 1 to 3
  • Support is typically handled via emails or Support Portal, Phone and Remote assistance
  • Hours for this role are 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM EST

Secondary Responsibilities:

  • Support internal company users
  • For all new hires:
  • -Set up Office and email
  • -Set up new hire workstations and laptops
  • -Connecting IP phone
  • -Set up A/V for all company meetings


  • At least 3 years of experience working in IT performing support tasks or as a system administrator
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft-based operating systems (Windows XP to present, Windows Server 2003 to present) – installation, troubleshooting, configuration, administration, installing and maintaining software and applications
  • Working knowledge of all current versions of Microsoft IIS – installation, configuration, administration, troubleshooting
  • Working knowledge of SQL Server (2008, 2012, 2014) – SQL Admin tasks, running queries
  • Working knowledge of Active Directory
  • Working knowledge of Networking - TCP\IP, subnetting, firewall administration, routing, troubleshooting
  • Working knowledge in Internet protocols (HTTP, SMTP, etc.)
  • Working knowledge of remote software installations and automation
  • Working knowledge in storage systems
  • Experience and ability to troubleshoot IT-related issues
  • Knowledge in writing scripts and PowerShell - advantage
  • Knowledge in writing official documentation/solutions - advantage
  • Good verbal and writing skills
  • Service oriented
  • Self starter
  • Microsoft certified (MCSA, MCSE, MCITP) - advantage
