As campaign specialist, you'll be responsible for configuring, testing and delivering these healthy action campaigns to millions of our members through the Aetna flagship apps and sites. You'll work directly with designers, writers, developers, campaign managers, data scientists, data engineers and product managers to ensure that the right members receive the right messaging at the right time to prompt them to take small, achievable steps towards living more healthfully.
Build, test, and launch healthy action marketing campaigns in an agile / test & learn environment, under the leadership of Campaign Lead
Collaborate with designers, writers, developers, campaign managers, data scientists and product managers to ensure requirements are understood, dependencies are met and the whole team is aligned on what our members will see and do
Assist during the campaign design phase by advising on the feasibility and best approach for building new campaign concepts
Configure and document campaigns using internal and third-party configuration and push notification tools, JSON configuration files, and cross-team requirements documents
Ensure quality across all platforms by managing and participating in end-to-end testing in QA and production environments for both web, iOS and Android campaigns
Identify, define and resolve campaign defects by partnering with data scientists, data engineering, engineers and Campaign Lead
Partner with Product Management, architecture, and engineering when new web/mobile development is required to build new digital templates and frameworks to be used for campaigns
