You will help our members by enhancing and elevating the member experience with CVS Caremark, ultimately driving it to a competitive advantage in the marketplace.

We ask that you can develop deep partnerships with a variety of partners including operations, member services, creative, analytics, and marketing operations partners.
Additionally, all plans will require specific Indicators and measurement goals to measure the impact to our pharmacy services business. We want someone who is comfortable with data and can pull actionable insights from that data and then translate those insights into action.
Your responsibilities will include:
Utilize customer insights, research, business and industry knowledge to develop strategic marketing plans and digital campaigns, driving more targeted and personalized engagement for members and patients
Complete re-imagining of our onboarding experience for new members. Onboarding is a critical moment in the member journey as its the first experience with the brand and can involve disruption for the member.
Proactively identify opportunities to improve the member experience while driving greater engagement develop a prioritized roadmap to guide member experience improvements over the next 2-3 years for our Caremark business.
Working in partnership with operations and digital partners to deliver continued improvements to our member communication.
Develop, establish and maintain strong collaborative relationships with key partners across the organization, as well as external vendors.
Train, develop, and lead a team of marketing professionals
10+ years experience in brand, healthcare, or digital marketing
Proven ability to leverage data and insights to drive strategic and tactical marketing decisions and successful in-market results
Deep understanding of marketing disciplines to design and develop integrated plans
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including sharing ideas and information across diverse audiences and creating compelling presentations
Strategic and analytical thinker, with superior problem-solving skills and the ability to look into the details while keeping in mind the strategy in place
Solid quantitative skills coupled with broad business acumen
Ability to inspire, collaborate with and influence your team as well as business partners
Proven success in navigating and succeeding in a highly matrixed organization
Ability to coach and develop a best-in-class marketing team

Experience in healthcare, finance or another regulated industry
Bachelors Degree Required, MBA preferred
