Our Marketing team is looking for a bright mind to join us as the Marketing Operations Manager. As an orchestrator of automation and process, you know how to keep the big picture in sight while fine-tuning all of the details that help make the teams efforts sing. You understand the importance of both operational efficiency and resiliency, are happy to collaborate across departments to discover the best solution, and understand how to support it all with data.
*Own Immutas Martech stack including Pardot, Google Analytics, Drift (Chat, Bots), ZoomInfo, and other tools. Youll optimize the tech we have in place, recommend replacements/alternatives, implement new technologies, and ensure our marketing platform is optimally functioning, and provide the operational support required for marketing team to hit their goals.
*Own Immuta Marketing Operations including all processes that drive the sourcing of prospects, automated qualification of Prospects to Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs), assignment of MQLs to sales, and tracking downstream conversion (sales stages, closed/won). You own the back-end of marketing lead management (form capture, automation, routing, alerts, etc), ensuring the highest quality leads are worked immediately and no leads are left behind.
*Own the influence of marketing programs on existing sales opportunities and customer accounts, and the expansion of our customer base.
*Partner with Revenue Operations (RevOps) to ensure continuity of processes and a frictionless hand-off between marketing (Pardot) and sales/partner teams (Salesforce.com).
*Serve as the owner and steward of our Marketing Data, ensuring data quality, data compliance, and data governance and working closely with our Growth Analytics team to ensure all marketing data is available in our data warehouse for analytics purposes.
*Collaborate with Growth Analytics and Analysts on Marketing Analytics initiatives so we understand our online footprint, where leads are coming from, how leads convert through the funnel, and which marketing activities are most effective at sourcing / influence so we can improve the ROI of every marketing dollar spent.
*Partner closely with the Growth Marketing team: help grow and optimize demand generation by documenting the lead journey/lifecycle; implementing new technology and tools to improve lead generation and capture, implementing marketing automation to improve lead qualification / scoring; and working with SDRs and RevOps on lead assignment/tracking, opportunity tracking, and lead nurture programs.
*Partner with RevOps & Analytics teams to improve our overall GTM operations and processes to eliminate waste and friction.
*Be a data democratization champion. Work with Growth Analytics to develop new dashboards and reports that put actionable insights in front of our team and make recommendations to improve marketing performance.
*6+ years of B2B marketing experience with 4+ in marketing technology and operations.
*Proven track record of implementing marketing technology and advanced operational processes to improve marketing performance and drive revenue growth.
*You know how to bring technology, process and data together to help modern b2b marketing teams become data-driven growth engines.
*Youve built modern B2B marketing platforms that ensure marketing dollar spent can be tracked to understand how it sources or influences sales pipeline and revenue.
*Youre a marketing automation pro - youre familiar with modern b2b marketing automation suites (Marketo, Pardot, Hubspot, Adobe, etc), ideally with a concentration in Pardot and Salesforce.
*You can evaluate our martech stack and operational processes and recommend the right path forward for Immuta.
*Youve had experience managing cross-departmental projects, from project scoping to execution to feedback.
*Youre a self-starter who is capable of leading initiatives and managing external resources.
*Experience with marketing funnels and implementing various attribution models (first-touch, last touch, multi-touch, influence, etc).
*You care about data privacy and the ethical use of data.
*Experience working in a startup Environment.
