The Manager of Media Activation will be responsible for campaign activation and day-to-day management for a new Retailer Media Platform (CMX), allowing for the execution of co-op campaigns from vendor partners.
CMX is a highly visible and anticipated initiative for CVS with aggressive growth goals over the next 3-5 years. CVS is seeking a highly motivated individual with strong digital and technology experience to help drive this growth engine.
The Manager of Media Activation will take a hands-on-keyboard approach to independently manage CMX on-site (CVS.com) and off-site (programmatic display, video, native, audio, paid social, connected TV, addressable TV) campaign execution.
You will work in lockstep with the Senior Manager and the cross-functional teams to develop CMX media platforms to fuel future investments.
You will also provide support in the flawless execution of both episodic and always-on media campaigns.
4+ years of hands-on keyboard experience with programmatic media (DSPs), social, and search buying platforms
Expertise in ad-serving (DCM | Campaign Manager) and 3rd party ad tag implementation (e.g., MOAT, IAS)
Coach and mentor junior team members

Platform experience with GAM, Criteo a plus
B2B and/or digital publisher side experience a plus
Agency experience preferred
e-retail, e-commerce, or experience in a retail media network is a plus
Verifiable High School diploma or GED
