Partner Sales is a top growth vector for Quickbase in the coming years. We are looking for an experienced leader who will report to our Senior Vice President, Partnerships and International Salesand lead a team of Channel Sales professionals to build and execute a program that elevates our position within key channel tiers. These tiers include clear opportunities with partners ranging from commercial alliances with large providers of cloud infrastructure and core systems of record, to smaller ISVs and service providers that build businesses on the Quickbase platform. In this role, you will work to implement a strategy to identify and create new partners across North America.

Build and execute a partner strategy that acceleratesQuickbases presence across all key partner segments within North America. Achieve increasing growth targets as you activate segments of the partner landscape.
Build relationships with key Partner executives and embed Quickbase solutions into their key service offerings and solutions, including joint industry and domain solutions, joint collateral, joint GTM, joint Innovation centers, joint client workshops etc.
Work with the rest of the Partner and Sales leadership team to develop a phased, partner-centric approach to key markets. Consider all options for structure including single and two tier approaches.
Build a team to recruit, onboard and enable committed, scalable partners including commercial, alliances, enterprise consulting firms and large & small ISVs /MSPs.
Continually assess, clarify, and validate the effectiveness ofchosen routes to market.
Track, measure and report on partner effectiveness in North America against targets and adjust programs and strategies as necessary.
Understand our partners' businesses and develop strategies and incentives to enable them to benefit by providing more value to their end customers.
Work cross-functionally within Quickbase to align on messaging and operational elements that accelerate the success of partner programs and growth of the overall business. Help clarify and enable the partner strategy within the Quickbase community.
Collaborate with marketing to develop and execute programs and events that contribute to rapid partner success.
Work closely with partners and the Quickbase sales teams, collaboratively selling to our clients.
Closely monitor the overall impact of the partner program on the business in terms of increased pipeline, increased sales, net margin profile, CAC and LTV.
Ideally you will have:
6+ years of progressive partner program leadership and management experience within the SaaS industry.
Experience with different channels and routes to major markets.
Demonstrated success designing, building and managingpartner programs.
Humble self-starter willing to work cross functionally and independently to stand up and grow a team.
A leader who has demonstrated the ability to coach.
Demonstrated ability to solution sell.
Proven ability to independently discover, develop, manage, and close new partner relationships and sales by engaging at the C-level in partner organizations.
Prior success selling into and building strong relationships with alliance partners, SIs and enterprise consulting firms.
Able to demonstrate deep understanding and provide examples of effectively and efficiently managing a sales pipeline and forecast.
Strong ability to interact with and effectively influence C-level executives and team members.
Strong business acumen with experience in a high-growth, fast-paced company.
