We are seeking a creative, motivated product marketer with a proven track record of growing market share in an enterprise B2B software company. This role is an excellent opportunity for someone with a passion for understanding market needs and successfully positioning solutions to uniquely meet those needs. You will define compelling product value propositions, establish thought leadership and enable sales teams with product knowledge and competitive insights. You will create compelling content that conveys our product vision and stimulate innovative marketing programs to grow customer adoption. You will evangelize the solution to prospects, customers and analysts.
Work with our Product, Sales, Customer Success and Marketing teams to develop highly differentiated product value propositions, supporting messaging and content.
Closely collaborate with other members of the Marketing team and business leadership to ensure common go-to-market themes, target personas, sales enablement processes, and launches of our offerings.
Partner with our internal technical teams to help develop and articulate use cases that address customer needs while maintaining consistency of our overall product messaging and positioning.
Ensure our product messages are effectively and consistently communicated in all channels.
Establish thought leadership positions in the market and communicate to target audiences through compelling content for multiple channels and marketing programs including customer case studies, webinars, research reports and white papers.
Meet with prospects, customers and partners to identify key challenges, market gaps, foster awareness and improve overall customer and partner engagement.
Implement plans for analyst relations, to achieve measurable analyst influence and rankings in relevant market reports.
Understand competitors and form strategies to develop and extend our advantages.
6+ years experience in product marketing in a high tech company (SaaS and/or Contact Center experience preferred)
Solid creative and content creation talents; ability to execute product marketing strategy and deliver compelling content that fosters awareness, inspires through expertise, and increases demand
Experience with marketing automation tools email, web, social media and mobile technology
Proven track record in crafting compelling positioning and thought leadership content
Demonstrated ability to create excellent sales tools and educate a global sales force
Combination of vision, strategic thinking, and pragmatism, encompassing both solid strategic marketing abilities and direct tactical involvement
Record of working with analysts, press, partners, and other influencer communities
Knowledge of the customer service/call center space
Willingness to travel up to 15%
Exceptional verbal, written and presentation skills
Strong public speaking skills
Results-driven, self-starter, able to work with discipline and focus
Excellent at teamwork and cross group collaboration
Skilled at researching, evaluating and presenting market and customer requirements, competitive situations, and overall market trends
Ability to think strategically and map back to specific goals and activities
