We are seeking an outcome-driven application architect to join our team. You will be working with design, design research, product management and engineering teams to translate business requirements into architecture runways for application development plans.
You should have extensive application development knowledge and experience and ability to understand, evaluate and influence business need decisions. You will also need to have experiences and expertise in providing architecture support in optimizing business operations.
Seven or more years of hands-on consumer facing enterprise level application architect experience
Minimum three years of experience as an application architect preferably in regulated context/industry, e.g. healthcare, finance, retail banking, etc.
Collaborating with senior business leaders to determine specific enterprise application needs.
Compiling and implementing development plans for new or existing services
Leading the architecture and design decisions in design, dev, and testing phases.
Demonstrating application/service proof of concept, supporting pilot efforts, and integrating user feedback as needed
Writing API level (e.g. REST API) contracts as well as set direction for configuration, maintenance, and ongoing support direction of business applications and services
Integrating trends in changing application architecture in iteration planning into development milestones.

Bachelors degree in science: math, information system, or computer science or commensurate work experience and education.
