The Sr. Associate BPO Vendor Management is responsible for managing the E2E lifecycle of our 3rd party BPO vendor partnerships, including vendor sourcing, onboarding, performance management, ramp ups, ramp downs, etc. This person will be the owner of BPO vendor contracts, renewals, terms negotiations, quarterly business reviews and change management. They will collaborate cross-functionally with key Wayfair stakeholders in Finance & Legal, Merchandising, Imagery/Creative, Operations, Talent and more. In addition, he/she will work closely with our legal team to develop and negotiate optimal contracts. The role will have direct interaction with our international vendors (i.e. in India, Vietnam, the Philippines).
Its an exciting, unique role, combining international partner relationships, collaboration with many Wayfair departments, contract negotiations, process optimization, and performance management. Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) is part of the Strategic Procurement (Finance) department and owns outsourced vendor partnerships, ensuring all offshore workflows within the network are operating at optimal cost, staffing and process efficiencies. They govern the spend for each line of business (LoB) and broadly across the vendor network by establishing spend targets with FP&A and monitoring actuals. They streamline the process of onboarding, training, cross-utilizing, and measuring performance of vendors so that they are operating at maximum efficiency and meeting stakeholder established SLAs. As the needs of BPOs stakeholders evolve with the implementation of tech automation and new initiatives, BPO consistently evaluates the network to ensure it is equipped with the right size, skills, diversification, and rate structures.
