About the Role:
As a Senior ERP Technical Specialist - Microsoft Cloud at CreateMe, you will be working with business stakeholders and product team members to maintain the ERP environment, prioritize and deliver ERP process improvement, monitor and improve performance, and manage test and production release schedules.
We are looking for someone to join our fast-growing operations team as we implement ERP for the first time. You will have the opportunity to shape the future vision for ERP and integrations in our highly innovative, industry-redefining company.
Responsibilities:
- You will prioritize and deliver ERP process improvement, monitor and improve performance
- You will facilitate test and production releases in coordination with Microsoft and business users
- You will development of Standard Operating Procedures for the governance and control of our ERP environments
- You will maintain and optimize our development, test and production environments
- You will be on point to coordinate any troubleshooting and escalating system outages with our VAR and/or Microsoft
- You will maintain and optimize the scheduling of any reports, integrations and batch jobs
- You will maintain and optimize our development, test and production environments
- You will manage user permission requests
- You will coordinate any compliance or audit reviews
Required Skills/Abilities:
- At least 4 years proven working experience as an Analyst using Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O (formerly AX) in a cloud environment
- Strong process analysis and procedure writing skills
- Experience testing and managing test environments
- Experience with performance optimization and KPIs
- Strong facilitation skills and the ability to handle time critical system troubleshooting
- Experience liaising with a Microsoft value added reseller (VAR)
Preferred Skills/Abilities:
- Textile or apparel industry experience
- Experience dealing with Mergers and Acquisitions
- Integration experience with Middleware tools such as Boomi, Jitterbit or Mulesoft
- Testing automation experience
