We’re looking for a Senior Program Manager that combines program management and coaching skills to support, launch and oversee development and training programs within the Engineering, Product, Design and Research organizations.
What You’ll Do
You will lead and run the creation, pilot, launch, and iteration of new and existing programs that are passionate about development of skills / shifting of mindsets for individuals, teams and groups for all Management and Leadership Initiatives. Contributing to the prioritization of the organization’s development needs, from setting program objectives to establishing design and execution ownership and processes that scale.
Stakeholder Management: You will partner with senior leadership across Engineering, Product, Design and Research as well organizations such as Learning and Development, Twitter University and the People team to administer, learn cross-functional learning engagements and seek partnership opportunities. You will prioritize stakeholder and customer requests and develop trusting relationships with leadership partners and customers. You will run program reviews highlighting wins, challenges, key takeaways, and suggest a path forward for the critical programs.
Communication: You will communicate regularly with stakeholders at all levels, including individual contributors and senior leadership. You will establish a regular cadence of a feedback loop, ensuring that stakeholders are regularly informed on the program milestones while ensuring priorities are met. Provide visibility to leadership on challenges/themes that need addressing in order to enable personal, team and organizational transformation.
Operational Excellence: You will establish processes that enable the team to collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional organizations ensuring high-quality, scalable, and impactful initiatives are shipped on time. You will drive accountability for the delivery of roadmap programs and OKRs. You will regularly share your learnings from stakeholder engagements with leadership and enable them to adjust program goals and expectations.
Organizational Engagement: You will contribute to building stronger and in-depth program engagements across the Experience organization. Utilize many sources of data (subjective, objective, anecdotal, etc) to identify the most critical needs and prioritize / pilot based upon defined rubrics taking into account immediacy, effort, impact, etc.
Change Management: Create cohesive and scalable processes that help establish a clear change management mindset and influence the team to make strategic choices keeping our initiatives and programs up-to-date.
Who You Are
You are a Senior Program Manager that has demonstrated strong skills in people, team, or organizational development via 1:1 and team coaching, training module development and execution of scaled learning programs. You are comfortable working with partners on developing learning content that drives transformation as well as coaching individuals/teams on different techniques and frameworks to improve effectiveness.

Designing, executing and iterating on learning development solutions
Communicating at all levels throughout an organization(s) and driving clarity across multiple groups or channels.
Working with senior leadership across multiple organizations. Comfortable with delivering feedback, and difficult conversations to leadership teams.
Effectively utilizing internal and external resources to bring the best learnings/techniques appropriate to an organization
Handling multiple projects, priorities and sometimes urgent issues successfully and simultaneously

5 years of experience independently running global learning programs for technical audiences.
Experience with program managing on-demand technical training for global audiences
Experience managing or administering Learning Management Systems and Content Management Systems.
