Through our Employee Resource Group program, we offer individuals a dedicated space to organize around shared experiences, identity, and interests. These groups create a sense of belonging through inclusive practices and programming that support personal, professional, and organizational growth.
Never stop learning
These are small discussion groups focused on a variety of topics and current events important to our community and society at large. Every time we engage in these exchanges, we work on getting better at building trust, understanding, and connection. These are critical skills that not only improve the employee experience but also help us to be a more effective organization overall.
