We are seeking a Director, Services Offerings to join our team. This is a hybrid opportunity based out of our Waltham, MA office.
Job Summary
The Director of Services Offerings is responsible for working with the Service Leaders to design and create Imprivatas services, across Customer Support, Customer Success, Professional Services and Managed Services. The Services Offerings will be developed in alignment with Imprivata software products and services.
This position is responsible for designing high quality offerings that deliver differentiated customer value, determining the go to market strategy (pricing, packaging, messaging), as well as coordinating the cross-functional execution across product lines and with the service delivery teams. Overall success will be measured by customer retention, usage, and satisfaction, as well as Services revenue and margin.
- Analyze, understand and represent customer needs for services to complement and enhance the value from Imprivata products
- Monitor the market landscape to develop competitive insight and positioning
- Define the vision for Services, such as a multi year roadmap, packaging, and value propositions
- Coordinate and communicate the Services strategy with leadership, product teams and other stakeholders
- Research and develop new offerings, relaunch or sunset of existing offerings, always in coordination and alignment with product roadmaps and strategy
- Coordinate Go-to-Market launch of offerings across teams including marketing, sales, product and services delivery
- Measure success and gathering feedback on the offerings to ensure ongoing delivery of high value
Qualifications
- 5+ years experience as a technology product/ solution manager or pricing/ packaging leader
- Proven experience identifying offerings that provide value and differentiation within a competitive landscape and complementing a portfolio of products
- Experience working with SaaS products in a services capacity (customer success, professional services, etc.)
- Passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving change and innovation
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal
- Detail oriented but with the ability to think and act strategically.
