Role: Senior Director of Employee Development
Location: Cambridge, MA (Opportunity to work from home 2-days per week)

Design and implement a cohesive Employee Development strategy that addresses the diverse needs of Tours staff across all phases of the employee lifecycle and aligning with business strategy

Oversee and provide thought partnership on the creation and continuous improvement of learning curriculums for 1k staff, including foundational learning, just-in-time learning programs, and learning journeys for new hires and new managers

Develop and implement short and long term business objectives and strategies to meet aggressive goals

Analyze employee data to spot trends and opportunities, and set a multi-year vision in pursuit of quantifiable results and improvements

Build strong network of trusted relationships across a geographically diverse organization, leveraging exceptional collaborative skills to get the job done

Advise senior and executive leadership on people strategies and programming to respond to evolving business needs

Lead, engage and elevate the Employee Development team by driving a culture of collaboration, innovation and continuous improvement

At least 5-7 years of leadership and staff management experience in the Employee Development space, or related fields (HR, Learning & Development) with proven results

Proven experience managing Learning and Development programs and initiatives within a fast-moving organization

Excellent stakeholder management skills, with a proven ability to build relationships and drive change across different levels of an organization

Deep knowledge of current Learning and Development best practices and industry standards

Demonstrated ability to manage and develop a high-performing team
-
Demonstrated ability to develop and execute on a data-driven strategy
-
Strong analytical skills and the ability to tell a story to motivate behaviors
-
Outstanding communication and presentation skills
-
Demonstrated experience with effective learning facilitation

Experience with iterative, test and learn approaches to transforming an organizations ways of working
