The role youll play:
We are looking for a Sr. Director of Sales to join our team remotely here in the US. This person will report into to the SVP of Sales. As the Director of Sales at Fairmarkit, you will be leading a team of Enterprise Account Executives to maximum success. In this quota-carrying role, you will work with senior management to set strategic objectives and run the day-to-day operations of the department.
Your main tasks:
- Responsible for hiring, managing, and developing a team of 6-8 Enterprise Account Executives to their individual targets as well as the collective department targets.
- Own Enterprise AE related metrics for your team and individual performance across all stages of the funnel
- Lead regular individual and team enablement sessions
- Provide regular feedback and forecasts to executive leadership, including highlighting trends, issues and opportunities related to sales productivity
- Develop Account Executives ability to engage customers in consultative sales interactions, overcoming objections and reinforcing their techniques to closing the sale during all customer interactions.
- Identify and make recommendations for improvement in sales productivity
Qualifications:
- 7 years of experience managing a team is preferred
- Detail oriented and comfortable building Salesforce reports and dashboards
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
- Experience utilizing: Salesforce, Clari, Slack
