We are looking for an Infrastructure Engineer I who is proficient with servers, storage array, networking technologies, and who flourishes in high-demand environments. Infrastructure engineers will be working primarily across enterprise data center environments across all of Bullhorn's global on-prem and cloud data centers, as well as our global office locations. Bullhorn's Technical Operations team is responsible for maintaining the health and stability of the production systems and networks, supporting our products as well as all of our corporate office locations.

A day in the life includes:

Maintaining Bullhorns standard SLA for network uptime at 99.95%.

Manage the company's data centers, ensuring high availability and resilience across all systems.

Act as an SME for all hardware failure related tickets.
-
Working with vendors on new turn-ups, maintenance, or trouble isolation and RMA management.

Participate in the planning and coordination of new infrastructure deployments and enhancement projects.

Proactively maintaining data center and office inventory including DC spares depot.

Work extensively in our Infrastructure Asset Management systems.

Ensure that data center facilities are maintained to a high standard and all necessary maintenance is scheduled and carried out in a timely manner.

Ensuring 24/7 availability of the Bullhorn production application environments.

Participate in on-call responsibilities on a rotating basis.

Document technical environments, processes and procedures, testing plans, project plans.

Providing direct support to system and network administrators and engineers, technical project managers.

Discover and drive continual improvement efforts for operational efficiency gains.
This role is a fit for you if...

You have 5+ years hardware, administration and software troubleshooting experience in a data center or large enterprise office environment.

You have a Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience required.

Knowledge of SAN and NAS technologies (iSCSI, FCP, CIFS, NFS, etc)

You have Linux (Redhat/CentOS, Debian) and Windows server administration skills.

Proficiency in managing public cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP).

Proven understanding/administration of TCP/IP network devices such as switches, hubs, routers, firewalls

Some periodic travel may be required

Experience participating in an on-call rotation
