We are seeking a Senior Security Questionnaire Specialist to join our team. This is a hybrid opportunity based out of our Waltham, MA or St. Petersburg, FL office.
Job Summary
The Senior Security Questionnaire Specialist will support the RFx Team by assisting with the project management and completion of security questionnaires and any other requests for information related to information security and Imprivata solutions. This position will work with and help project manage and complete all security/risk assessments and questionnaires, assist with RFPs/RFIs, and help update content within RFx/proposal asset database (Loopio). The interested candidate should possess a background and aptitude in information security.
Duties and Responsibilities

Project manage and complete responses security/risk questionnaires, including tracking all incoming requests, identifying, and assigning content response owners, tracking progress and managing deadlines, reviewing final documents with the Legal, IT, and Security teams and the Manager, RFx Information Security & Privacy, and delivering final responses on time

Help update and maintain RFx/proposal content management tools and associated collateral; this process involves collecting key questions and answers from submitted RFx responses, prepping asset documentation for upload, and working alongside subject matter experts

Grow and maintain a working knowledge of Imprivata, Imprivata solutions, and RFx topics assigned to proactively support the quality and accuracy of standard RFx content and responses

Actively contribute to the teams success by fully engaging in assigned roles as part of group projects or overall department initiatives

Remain flexible to organizational needs and participate in special projects
Required Qualifications
-
Bachelors degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Security, Network Administration, or other related major

At least 3 years of similar work experience in information technology/cybersecurity

Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Self-directed and able to work without supervision

Energetic and eager to tackle new projects and ideas

Ability to work well under pressure in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

A CISSP or equivalent certification is preferred.
This position offers a total compensation range of $98,800.00 to $121,800.00 (inclusive of base salary and variable compensation, such as bonuses and incentives). In addition, more information about Imprivatas benefit offerings can be found here. This range represents the high and low end of Imprivatas compensation range for this position. Actual compensation will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors, such as a candidates location, skills, experience, and qualifications.
