Our seasoned and high-performance marketing team is seeking an ambitious, energetic, and highly organized Marketing Coordinator to help seamlessly coordinate and execute a range of brand-building, demand, and growth marketing activities across paid and owned channels.
Reporting to the Growth Marketing Manager, you will assist with the execution of multi-channel marketing efforts. It's essential that you develop a strong understanding of the core InsideTracker product and target audiences.
Key Responsibilities

Conduct outreach to secure new partnerships with creators, podcasts, newsletters, and other relevant channels.

Manage communications and deliverables for existing partnerships and sponsorships.

Create landing pages, discount codes, ad copy, and other assets to support sponsorship activations.

Manage the execution and deliverables for InsideTracker's organic social media platforms.

Develop a deep understanding of our brand voice, audiences, and content strategies across channels.

Become an expert on InsideTracker's products, science, features, technology, and community.

Serve as a passionate brand representative committed to honoring our mission.

Prioritize and deliver on marketing projects according to defined strategies, timelines, and budgets.

Collaborate cross-functionally to gather project requirements and ensure on-time deliverable execution.
Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Marketing/Communications or related.

Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

Strong organizational and project management skills with keen attention to detail.

Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency with marketing & social media tools (e.g. HubSpot, Asana, Sprout Social).
