Job Summary
We are seeking an organized and upbeat Field Quality Coordinator to join our Field Quality Team. As a Field Quality Coordinator, you will play a vital role in overseeing a team of technicians. You will conduct quality analyses on completed technician appointments, reconcile invoices, and identify opportunities for process improvements. Your exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams will contribute to your success in this role.
What Youll Do
- Oversee the day-to-day operations within your assigned technician territory.
- Implement strategies to meet your territorys KPIs.
- Submit technician payments to our Accounts Payable team, auditing invoices to ensure payment is reconciled with work rendered.
- Provide ongoing daily logistical support and guidance to field technicians, addressing technician questions or concerns related to field operations.
- Identify any deviations, errors, or areas for improvement within our field technician program and provide timely feedback to correct stakeholders.
- Resolve internal and external feedback on technician quality gaps.
- Perform root cause analysis on identified process defects, implementing both corrective and preventative actions.
- Implement strategies based on root cause analysis and measure program impact to our operational goals and metrics.
- Perform any additional duties and responsibilities as assigned or required to support the field quality team.
What We Need
- 2-5 years of experience in a quality assurance environment or other relevant work experience required
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelors degree
- Experience working with a remote technician or contractor force highly desired.
- Salesforce experience
