As the Partner Sales Manager, you will be working in tandem with the Cloud Platform Strategy team, field sales, marketing and alliances teams. You will be responsible for nurturing & growing, recruiting, onboarding and enabling partners into the Aqua CNAPP solution for strategic regions in EMEA. In addition, you will be required to nurture and grow the existing partners within UK&I, Benelux and France region:
- Build and execute against comprehensive go-to-market plans that include; recruitment, enablement, sales teams alignment, executive alignment, account mapping, marketing, product promotion and lead generation
- Identify regional impactful and influential contacts with the cloud marketplace partners and channel partners who are responsible for the customer relationships within the region
- Foster and nurture strong relationships between executive management, marketing, finance and technical
- Enable the partners to sell, perform demos where available
- Managing the deal registrations and opportunities with partners within region; qualification, tracking and sales cycle management
- Drive success and hit targets
- Attend and participate in sales meetings, product seminars and trade shows as required
- Provide enablement to the Aqua sales teams regarding partners programs and offerings
- Manage all legal contracts and sales processes within the defined territory
- Keep up to date on product development, market landscape and competition
