So Motus as a software company, we focus on workforce management and reimbursement solutions. As a whole, we have three different types of solutions, vehicle device management, and location solutions. Motus also really focuses on their employees, that is a huge part of who we are as an organization, we want to invest in our employees and their career growth. And that is a really big focus here.

We really look for candidates who are motivated to learn, who have a lot of drive to be able to succeed. As a growing organization, it's important that we bring people onto our teams who want to further their careers who want to learn who want to be able to have, you know, career growth, and have those goals and meet them. And we can support that as an organization. But we need candidates who, who can also contribute to that side of things as well.
Motus' interview process
Every department does it different. Some departments have assessments or presentations, others have just conversational types of interviews. Typically, it's about two to five rounds in total. So we really tried to streamline our process making it short and sweet. In addition to that, our candidate experience is something that we really strive to stand out with, here at Motus. We want candidates to have an easy process, where we've set clear expectations in terms of what they can expect from the process how what the timeline looks like, who they are going to meet with and how the interviews are going to be structured. That's a really important part for us, we really want to have open communication with every candidate through the process.
Interview prep tips
Yeah, we want candidates to be confident in themselves in their skills and show us how their skills can translate to the job that they've applied for. We want candidates to really be themselves, we want people to be honest, what are their goals? What do they want to do with their careers? How can we support that? What do they look for in a company, and what's important to them in the next company or position that they take on, we want people to have a mutual fit both for their positions, and from a culture and company standpoint, as well. So we want people to really be honest and open in their communication and be themselves and focus on that.
