The Crown Is Yours
As a Senior Manager of Compliance & Risk, you will spearhead efforts to bolster our corporate compliance program, focusing on regulatory risk and control advisory across various business units. In this role, you will collaborate closely with Compliance, Legal, and Business Teams to provide essential guidance on navigating the ever-evolving regulatory landscape. Your ability to establish strong, collaborative relationships will be crucial as you work to foster a culture of compliance and synchronize risk management strategies across the organization.
What youll do as a Compliance & Risk Advisor, Senior Manager

Provide risk and control advisory with a focus on supporting key initiatives and design and documentation of controls.

Oversee issue remediation, provide guidance on control changes, and verify evidence of completion to prevent repeat issues.

Assess regulatory changes, proactively communicate to impacted business areas, and partner with key personnel to evaluate the impact.

Advise on the design of the new Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) tool and support implementation and training.

Support documentation and ongoing management of GRC data (controls, issues, risk, etc.).

Establish and maintain collaborative relationships with other functional areas and business teams to promote a culture of compliance and an effective and synchronized approach to risk management and compliance.

Drive risk and control assessments for key business units and products.

Inform monitoring and testing activities.

Support compliance and risk program projects and elements.
What youll bring

At least 7 years of Compliance, Risk, Audit or comparative experience; gaming experience preferred.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and process improvement skills.

Effective interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to articulate complex ideas, concepts and solutions at a level appropriate to the recipient.

Expertise in working with a GRC tool.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $136,640.00 - $204,960.00, plus bonus, equity, and benefits as applicable. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location.
