Brief Overview:
The Lead Revenue Financial Analyst will play a critical role in the Finance department, joining a fast-paced and collaborative Financial Planning & Analysis team. Reporting to the Director, Financial Planning & Analysis, the individual will perform a variety of analytical tasks to develop thoughtful insights to leaders.
The Lead Revenue Financial Analyst will be instrumental in driving our revenue forecast and reporting on performance. They will build forward-looking models, track important operating metrics, and actively interpret and review financial results with business leaders. The dynamic candidate can work independently in a high-growth business environment.
Core Responsibilities:
- Model, forecast and track revenue components and drivers
- Build and manage complex financial / analytical reporting models
- Create executive-level financial and operational dashboards
- Prepare monthly budget-to-actual reporting and variance analyses
- Use accounting and financial knowledge to determine long-term financial impact of operational changes
- Work closely with sales and marketing departments on budgets, financial performance, and ad hoc analysis
- Develop thoughtful insights on corporate and strategic initiatives
- Understand, develop, and help monitor company KPIs
- Help with creation of Board of Directors and other Executive presentations
- Ad hoc financial analysis and strategic projects as requested
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- 8+ years of experience in Finance required.
- Experience with revenue forecasting and modeling
- Highly experienced in dynamic model building and reporting
- Desire to drive efficiency, process improvement, and to enhance understanding of business drivers
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Highly analytical with great attention to detail
- Extremely organized
- Solves complex problems; takes a new perspective using existing solutions
- Very strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- SAAS experience preferred
- MBA, CPA or CMA preferred
- Public Company experience is a bonus
- Experience with Workday Adaptive Insights & NetSuite

The typical base salary range for this position is $100,720- $138,490. The actual salary offer will ultimately depend on multiple factors including, but not limited to, knowledge, skills, relevant education, experience, complexity or specialization of talent, and other objective factors. In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for an annual bonus based on a combination of company performance and employee performance. Long-term incentive and short-term variable compensation may be offered as part of the compensation package dependent on the role. Some roles may be commission based, in which case the total compensation will be based on a commission and the above range may not be an accurate representation of total compensation.
